Hype Makes Noise. Trust Makes History.

I’ve always believed that the best things in life aren’t rushed, forced, or hyped up. They grow organically, nurtured by trust, purpose, and real relationships. That’s how I approach motherhood, my faith, and business.

But in today’s world, especially in business, we’re bombarded with messages that scream:

“Act now!”

“This is your ONE shot!”

“If you don’t jump in today, you’ll miss out forever!”

You know what that sounds like to me? Loud noise. And I'm the kind of girl who loves a quiet space with birds chirping in the background, the sound of sleeping babies, and worship music.

I’ve learned that hype fades but trust lasts.

The Business of Trust

For 16 years, Matt and I have mentored people who want more out of life. More time, more purpose, more freedom. And the truth is, people don’t need more information, they need the right trusting relationships.

Like Rory Vaden says, “People don’t pay for information, they pay for HELP.” That means mentorship, accountability, and a system that actually works. The problem is, most people have been burned before. They’ve seen the flashy promises, the quick-fix solutions, and the high-pressure sales tactics that leave them feeling used rather than empowered.

That’s why we do things differently.

Instead of selling people a dream, we take the time to build people up, helping them discover their own authentic dream along the way. Because here’s what I know to be true:

When you build big people, big people build big things.

How Do You Know Who to Trust

A mentor once told me, “A good tree will bear good fruit.” Look for those who have results in life that you want in your own life. That’s how we knew we wanted to be mentored by Clay and Liz, because they were happily married, full of faith, and raising their kids full-time because they had built an Amway business that allowed them to buy their time back.

Trust isn’t built in a moment. It’s built in the moments.

That’s why Matt and I take our time. We mentor people the way we wish we had been mentored. Slowly, intentionally, with honesty and care. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just real conversations about whether this is the right path for them.

Because at the end of the day, hype makes noise but trust makes history.

If you’re looking for a different way to build success, a way that’s rooted in faith, freedom, and purpose, I’d love to connect. Let’s build something real, together.

Until next time, we love you and we are cheering for you.
